I didn't know how she would be as although she's got the best temperament it was unfamiliar to her but Carlie was literally brilliant and made her at ease. She actually really loved her pamper, it wasn't rushed and my girl looked 100% better than when she arrived. She also took the time to talk with me, offer advise, answer questions etc and I just found it a brilliant experience.
